2015 was a big year for us. It marked our fifth year as a company and a lot of other big milestones too. Take a look at our top five favorites from this year.
Our Fifth Birthday
Sure, this is a pretty obvious choice, but our fifth birthday was the highlight of our year. We spent all of August celebrating in our office and on social.
We loved being able to bring our team together and celebrate our last five years of wins. We’re looking forward to many more championship years ahead.
Our Open House
Six months after our office move-in date seemed a little late for a housewarming party — but the perfect time to finally host an open house party.
We invited our friends, family, and clients to join us for some drinks, mingling, and plenty of cheese.
Our Internship Program
Last January, we set out to establish an internship program unlike any other agency’s. We wanted our interns to get real experience doing real work with us — not for us. We had nine exceptional interns join our team this year. Each member of our talented crew left a mark on our hearts — and even a few on our walls.
We even got to keep one of our interns in the end: Matt just joined the team as our new full-time graphic designer.
Our Locals Doing It Right Series
We got to know a few of our fellow local businesses a little bit better this year. We wanted to do a blog series highlighting a few of our favorite #LNK locations that we felt were shining examples on social without any help from us.
We enjoyed getting to know the faces behind the Facebook pages of Honest Abe’s, Goldenrod Pastries, PowerCycle, The Mill, and The Pilgrimer.
Our ‘Best Places to Work’ Win
Twice is no coincidence. We were ecstatic and honored to be named one of the “Best Places to Work” in Lincoln for the second year in a row by Woods & Aitken LLP, the Lincoln Journal Star, and the Lincoln Human Resource Management Association.
Last year we took home third place, and this year we came in second. We’ll be going for the gold again in April. We have a good feeling 2016 is gonna be our year.
